At Oscar de la Renta, I assisted the fabric coordinator with processing new fabric which included swatching, tagging, organizing, and updating the fabric spec sheets.  I provided the designers and design interns with fabric assistance.  To help with organization, I created two lace books and two trims books that included all lace and trims currently instock as well as once that could easily be re-ordered.  I also created swatch books for all departments of the current fabrics being used in the Fall 2014 and Resort 2015 collections.  I helped gather and ship out fabrics to Italian companies to be used in garment constructions for the Fall 2014 and Resort 2015 collections as well as for celebrity garments to be worn at special events.
